Guest guest
Goiter is an enlarged thyroid gland. The lump you are feeling is most likely a nodule. Most nodules are benign, but some are cancerous. If you are nervous about it, I would call and ask for an earlier appointment, or ask to be called on a cancellation if you are able to come in on short notice. Can I wait until my next doc appointment, which is in June, for treatment or should I try to get an earlier appointment?? How low will we go? Check out Yahoo! Messenger’s low PC-to-Phone call rates. Guest guest
I tried making an appointment with my Endo but they're not being very helpful. I called and called yesterday and no one has called me back. I am very frustrated and don't think I'll go back to her. So..instead I call my PCP (the doctor who originally diagnoses me with hypo)and I'm seeing him this afternoon. On another note, I found out that my PCP is willing to prescribes armour. I plan on asking him more questions during the visit. I just wanted to tell you guys. I will tell you how it goes. tola -- In Texas_Thyroid_Groups , Jan wrote: > > Goiter is an enlarged thyroid gland. The lump you are feeling is most likely a nodule.
