Guest guest
I am hoping this book will help me see something I've missed. I do drink 2 glasses of tea per day and use sweet n low. Some say it's much worse for you than sugar.... I know my body does not process real sugar well at all. I do eat a little of it though....But I am beginning to think that artificial sugar is bad for my weight period. So maybe I will try giving that up. Guest guest
Give it up. There is plenty of evidence (and I think a recent study) which indicates that people can gain more weight using artificial sweeteners than using sugar moderately. You can try xylitol in low doses (it is a sugar alcohol but doesn't affect me the way maltitol does unless I take too much) or, if you are just sweetening iced tea - try a couple drops of stevia. If you use too much it gets bitter but just a taste of it sweetens very nicely. Or go for adding other flavors instead of sweetening it. Lemon, mint, etc. Terijo I am hoping this book will help me see something I've missed. I do drink 2 glasses of tea per day and use sweet n low. Some say it's much worse for you than sugar....
