Guest guest
Oh, I so relate to what you are saying! I never know what to eat. A lab in FL created a diet for me and mainly I am supposed to eat fish, fish and more fish! I love fish but I hate to cook it. If I eat fish and salad, fish and rice I will feel good but after awhile it gets so boring. They sent me these giant spread sheets in order to do food rotation. I have to attempt the 4 day food rotation. So far today I have only had 1 Van's waffle which does contain soy but is gluten free, a cup of coffee and organic cream. There is nothing I want to eat or can eat. Yesterday I did have some Ben and Jerry's ice cream. My husband eats huge amounts of ice cream but I normally only crave it in summer. OH, forgot as I have had some great cherries. They are super good this year so far. I am allergic to most veggies beans being the worst one (legumes), also melon is deadly, kiwi made my throat swell shut once sending me to ER, tomatoes, even lettuce I will react to if I eat it too often as lettuce is a crossover to milk! That lab in FL called ImmunO or something like that can help lots. They do your diet plan based on a blood draw. My allergist had told me no pickles as all foods with vinegar are a crossover to molds and I am very mold sensitive. I now eat them sometimes any way and seem to be OK. I do love pickled beets. I should go eat something before I get light-headed. I have friends who live on ice cream! and my father did too and he made it to 88 living basically on ice cream! He did have several heart attacks and very high blood pressure altho he was thin. He also ate garlic and olive oil by the crate! Good luck, Alice jewelleleigh wrote: Sigh, so you know how I am craving ice cream...well I haven't been shopping to get some new food. I am sitting here eating dill pickles because its the healthiest thing I can come up with to eat. Today I've had two huge salads, lentil beans, my meal replacements and some fruit and a few pecans. I am not hungry...but I want to snack....and all I have hear is popcorn, corn chips, gee...doesn't toast sound good...I don't want ANY MORE VEGGIES...and all I can come up with is pickles.... :-(> >> > For years all CFS and EI friends have told me to take probiotics > and I have....bottles and bottles but I never notice they make a > difference for me altho I take lots of antibiotics. Will let you know if I get cured! I am upping my blood pressure meds just in case as licorice raises bp however the degly is supposed to be safe. Guest guest
I lived on Baskin Robbins Choclate mint icecream for 5 months when I was pregnant with my daughter. It was the ONLY thing I could stomach. Then it was steak. I'd sneak home from work and bbq myself a steak for lunch. Ironically, I gained the least amount of weight with her and had the closest to normal iron I've ever had. > > > > > > For years all CFS and EI friends have told me to take probiotics > > and I have....bottles and bottles but I never notice they make a > > difference for me altho I take lots of antibiotics.
