If you are giving permission to use your posts, that is not such a bad suggestion - to allow Dr. Feng to know your complaints and what happened. It may be the constructive thing to do in this situation. Perhaps would be willing to do this? I didn't mean to make you out for an embecile. Forgive me if you felt I did that. I probably crossed the line in sounding as if you heard her wrong. See, even I don't always say things 100% correct. I do mean well, though.
