I have not personally experienced this situation, except through working

with other persons in the catch 22. You most likely will be required to

show how the money was spent. And since SSI is a needs-based situation, you

will have to go thru the complete financial verification again. Also you

may be required to show again documentation of disability. Under the law

there should be a review scheduled of all SS/SSI disability claimants,

however they are not usually performed on a timely basis. Eve in GA
