About OR's--I have been to several PS with their own OR--some not that impressive but many -- it looked like a hospital it's so well equipped--cardiac support -- latest anesthesia meds, mini x-ray--the whole nine yards! But they still don't charge as much as Feng. I have no problem with what I doc wants to charge--this is America. The Educated consumer will do what's best for him/her by making an INFORMED choice.
