Hi Girls,

It was great to catch up with you all yesterday at Yum Cha. It wasn't

till I got home and was giving a run down on the lovely meal

that I actually realised just how much I ate! OMG.... baby boy Bowden

is definitely getting *plenty* of protein and nutrients these last few

weeks.

It was great to meet you Dianna. Good luck with your surgery in only

10 days time. Hope you are enjoying your Optifast!

I am just about to post some photos of my ever growing baby bump for

you all to check out.

Hope you are all well and happy.

Best wishes

Hi Everyone

I’m glad you all

had a nice time, I’ve had a hectic week myself, I’ve now added 40 minutes in

the pool each day when I go to they gym,, I am up to about 6 * 25 metre laps of

the pool, plus I walk up and down the pool for over 30 minutes, doing forwards,

backwards, sideways, jogging, etc........ I’ve watched some of the Aqua

Aerobics classes, but am choosing not to join in them at this stage.

I’ve also had my

programme reviewed and I’ve increased the weights on some of the machines that

I use, so my strength is improving.....

I went to the

Newcastle Show last Saturday, that was a boring waste of time lol..... while

Larry was at tennis, we then went out for dinner that night, we went on our

mates yacht on Sunday on Lake Macquarie, it was great, but we did suffer a

severe storm, they said showers, so we had planned to be back before the

weather changed, but when it got rather rough, we were close to the

Marina, rather than way up the other end of The Lake, so we decided to

cut our lovely day a bit short, due to the thunder and lightning, but the last

kilometre was a battle for the boat, which by this time was under outboard

power, fighting the wind coming straight at us...... our mates threw us down

below so we would not get to wet, I think they were more worried that we could

have been washed overboard, which was more than possible........ I enjoyed the

day very much, even with the atrocious weather......... but it was nice to see

Terra Firma again...... The firmer the ground, the less terror there was

lol....

Regarding

Future Lunches

I love coming to

the lunches BUT for me to attend, they MUST be on a train line, so Parklea

would be out of the question, the same would apply for Mazz as we often travel

together, I know I cannot dictate where you have them, but some people do take

public transport to get to the events, for me it can take upwards of 5 to 6

hours to get to some places even when they are served by train lines. Not to

mention the same journey time home or longer if late at night, where the train

stops at every bloody station to Newcastle Agggghhhhhh I did this on a BBQ King

Night......... So this is just an idea, The Oakes at Mosman is OK, as it is only

2 trains and a taxi ride lol.....

Cheers

Rob
