Guest guest
Never say never. The thing with this subject is that it is very often the one that you least expect to be marked well that will be marked well - it depends on the markers and their interpretation of the work. Art surely is the hardest to mark of all. The girl that got top of 's year as marked by the school markers, did no where near as well when it was marked by the HSC markers - just goes to show that favourtism can come into play... she was the teachers pet and "Head of Art"... whatever that means. But, when it came down to it with the actual marking by the State markers, she didn't do so well. > > > >> > > >> > > > As well as getting stressed about the HSC (she hasn't fi nished > > her> > > major> > > > work for visual arts so is packing it a bit!)> > > >> > > > Hope to see you soon> > > >> > > > Love> > > > Helen> > > >> > > > -- [sPAM] Ahoy...> > > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> > > > Well... have you all washed away? Guest guest
Goodness me Mel - good thing you didn't know where she was getting her material from!!! I donr think Tommy will be in band 6 or be short listed for art express!!! Sorry Elaine - didn't read your post till after typing this one. Liam will be doing canvas work as well I think... not sure yet but that seems to be his passion. 's photos were about the after life and is there an after life... whacko... but very deep and very passionate. One day she walked all the way to the top of that bloody headland down the beaches next to Mona Vale Hospital, I think it is on a golf club, the she layed over the edge and took photos down towards the rocks... it was freaky, and thank goodness I didn't know she had done it. She took a mate with her, but still.... she also stood in the middle of the pacific highway one night and took a photo with slow shutter speed to get the light business happening... scary stuff - and I am glad I didn't know about half of it. She also went to Rookwood cemetary at night with their permission, when there was a full moon - I tell you - if I had known at the time I would have freaked completely. All history now! An d she got in band 6 for Art... and was on the short list for Art Express, but didn't make the final cut. So she did well. > >> >> > As well as getting stressed about the HSC (she hasn't fi nished her> major> > work for visual arts so is packing it a bit!)> >> > Hope to see you soon> >> > Love> > Helen> >> > -- [sPAM] Ahoy...> >> >> >> >> >> >> >> > Well... have you all washed away?
