Guest guest
Hi and Sandy and Everyone Yes I am very sensitive to heat and cold I no longer allow myself to monitor the weather for barometric pressure..if it goes past 30 (US measure) I am in for pain severely. To my experience heat/cold very common amongst FM/CFS patients. I asked if you would describe tremors because in the past I found my own " communication of symptoms " was not always accurate for my doctor...I do experience tremors after pushing myself for too long in any way..a few years ago was frankly hooked on computer free games...until the night I laid in bed shaking uncontrollably all over for hours..learning how to manage myself/symptoms has been just as difficult as the illnesses..are you possibly still working? Do you have a calendar you like by chance? Try writing daily physical activity, and jotting down the " ranking " of the tremors...I did a search for you the other day I put in Tremors with Fibromyalgia and some discussions came up..and then I crashed. I have seen your kind notes and appreciate them and most of all present to your physician with confidence in the veracity of your symptoms..and with info in hand as well Hugs Marie IL --- sandra ford wrote: > Hi > > I have tremors with fm, have noticed that its > worse when i am trying to get to sleep and again > when i awake, though i dont have it in one limb, its > usually all over. > Sometimes get tremors in the day when i am really > tired. > Plus have intolerence to heat and cold. > > sandy > > Sharon wrote: > > > > > Have you or do you know any body that experiences > tremours with > > Fibromyalgia? > > > __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Oh Yes! Rhonda and Sharon and Yes at times also annoying " tics " around right side of mouth area and occasionally the right eyelid..used to get absolute eye attacks as well " scotomas " they were considered migraines of the eye seldom do I experience them any longer and I was informed to consider it a blessing I did not also experience the traditional migraines that often come with the eye attacks..I do consider that a blessing..in general my muscles somewhere are either rock-hard, twitching, hurting..varies. contributing factors for me appear to be weather, activity, non-activity, and LACK OF WATER in particular. I cannot emphasize enough how drinking plenty of Natural Spring Water (with its naturally occuring minerals vs. purified drinking water whrer minerals are added only for taste) lowered my overall pain levels...I just cannot make it clear enough how water helps me versus when I do not drink properly: 16.9 oz upon awaking, after breakfast another 16.9, after lunch 16.9, after dinner 16.9... Drinking after the meal is key. Easier on the IBS as well as trips to the bathroom. The meal absorbs a bit of the water thereby it is not immediately running from your body...if you drink too much water without regard to timing and meals you can end up with muscle spasms from dehydrating yourself. Well hope that helps...it took me years to learn about the water issue... Hugs Marie IL (US) --- Rhonda Huffman wrote: > I get facial tremors around my eyes.
