OMG I watched it last night. I am shamed into being a good girl now, totally shamed. I went to put on my usual jeans this morning and they are snugger than usual, so double shame. For the first time I actually have a compulsion to eat fruit and think a bit harder about what I put in my mouth. Thanks for the copies Rob - I am pleased that I have seen this now.
