Yes...missed all the mails..the last 3-4 days..and wondered..probably...the Cold

wave..in UK..and up north,in the USA....and even..in MAJHI MUMBAI..must have

kept..people...inside..their blankets...

My Aunt....based..in Mumbai..a nearing..75+lady..jokingly

commented... " Perhaps.,Shyam....We have all got it wrong.!!....It isn't Global

Warming...It's Global Cooling..!! " .as..she mentioned.,that.ever since she has

been in Mumbai..now,for well over..55yrs.,.this is the first time..she..has

seen..WINTERS....and had to wear..woollens..in Mumbai..

Sorry.but our indoor Intranet...facility was down,in Riyadh.....and hence..we

had..a slow..net connectivity..these..days.

BTW..Riyadh..is reeling..under 5 degrees..at nights..and 10-12 degrees, by the

days..

It snowed..in some parts of Saudi Arbaia..and some parts of Midlleeast..for the

first time..like..In Amman,Jordan. and.in Iraq..also..

To,..

I am glad...u have..the same disease..like..some of us..(Read..ME)..who tend..to

get..panicky..when the MGIMS..mails..stop...to come..into our mailbox..on a

regular basis..

3-4 days..without one..means...Gasping...Sweating.,Anorexia......tending to

develop...

Thanks..BTW..for ur excellent..views..relating to..the mess..in Middle East..by

the Goraas...

It..came as..a pleasant surprise..to know..that..u read..History..articles.,.and

that too..of this region..when..most of the men..and women...of ur adopted

country..have..to be....shown..where..is Middle East..on the Map..!!

It's ofcourse..a burning....issue..but..we all look at it...this way...

It's like..

" If U had a house..and some..other person..comes..and starts..to share..ur

house..under directives..from.higher ups..and then..that

person..starts..eating..a bit..of..ur..space..each day..it is bound..to make..U

On an ending note...Seema was gifted..a set of Sanjeev Kapoor's cookery

books..by..one of our relatives..from India,somedays back....and guess.what...IT

HAD Featured....the all famous...WARDHA.CHA..TE'CHA(The famous...red chilli

masala paste..which..all those poor villagers..would eat..along with bhakri..and

end..up..in the long run..with severe APD..and perforations...)

With..the ' 84 batch reunion..in next 10 and 1/2 months time..our batch..is

having a gala time..contacting each and everyone...across the

globe..backstage.,.and..each day..the telephone..rings,..from the past...of some

of our dear batchmates..and..then..we all share..a lengthy..good discussion...

Tumhare Miya kaise.. "

Etc etc..seems to be the topics..of the talks...

So far....94%..have been found..and individually...and personally

contacted...and asked..to come..and judging by the response..I hope..we..have a

great outing...
