Guest guest
Hi, I have been diagnosed with FM and have always had problems with bright lights, now even more than ever. I used to think it was because I have light blue eyes, and was always squinting as a child (and getting headaches). Now, I can barely handle driving at night because the head lights, especially halogen ones. I keep my home dark with drawn curtains, and always wear my photo-darkening glasses when outside. Bright lights, and they seem to be brighter all the time on autos, are blinding to me. I just try to minimize my exposure to them. What else is there to do?
