Hi everyone, I am back from Ca, it was awesome there. Had tons of fun, really spent the entire visit with my kid, we had a blast and I felt great healthwise, really good. The trip was great, but it was hard to leave knowing that she isn't ready to come home with me to Idaho yet.... ah bummer, I cried when I left and so did she, it is very very sad but at least she got to be with me without me having any bad sick days, this was great, cause she really mostly remebered me ill from implants and always laying down and feeling sick, this trip I was in perfect health, cept a little aching back, not bad at all. We got to roller skate, at her birthday party, shop in the malls, spend too much money ha ha, toy stores, went to the beach all kinds of fun stuff, the weather was perfect 78 degrees and sunny and nice, couldn't have asked for more than that.

Well, it is bittersweet to be home for sure.

I just want to say a couple of things in this email that I felt needed to be said, since before I left there was a couple of members who I will not name of course who seemed a bit concerned or at least had questions regarding me always recomending Dr Feng, I will say it again, I can only recomend the surgeon who operated on me and who I had a good experience with , I want it clear that I am in no way associated with any PS and that I am not in any way trying to promote any PS. I recomend Dr Feng and her staff because I had a good experience there, they all were helpful, kind and friendly and very supportive to me while I went through this entire ordeal, wich no one else was, (as far as PS's) and that I can only speak from my experience there, this does mean that it may appear I am biased but in reality I am not, I am just relaying what I went through, and that everyone in Dr Fengs office was professional and kind, and here I am 16 months later doing so well, that is all the proof I need, but I cannot guarantee what will happen to anyone else, or how they may feel or what they experience there, I think that it is improtant for everyone to remember that no one can predict how someone else will feel about a PS or what the experience they have will be.

I just want everyone to know that I do think Feng is a good choice for explant if you are having health issues, but that doesn't mean that she is the only good PS.

Ok then with that all said time to get my butt to work.

Talk to ya Later

Dear :

Hi! Welcome back. I'm glad that you had a nice visit.

Please don't apologize for recommending Feng to women on this site. She's a good PS with a clean record and she helped you, that's what matters. If others can't deal with that, tough.

Take care,

-Marie

Hey it is good to hear from you. Yeah Las Vegas is def fake boob land. I

live in Idaho where it is natural land ha ha, I don't care so much anymore,

I used to be very bad with boob envy, it took awhile to get to this place

where I am today and I am so much happier and healthier because of it. Now

when I see someone with implants, esp too big for her body type implants I

just think, how sad that she will someday have to endure the pain that we

all did with implants, there will always be a problem, I mean ok, maybe some

women don't think that a rupture or several replacements is a big deal, it

always amazes me how much some willl put up with to keep the fake boobies.

Some implants look nice, I admit it, some, the ones that are not overt and

obvious, or the ones that are done really good, but most of them are not

that great looking and none of them feel nice, at least not saline.

I have to say that a few months ago I would not have wanted to go to Las

Vegas cause of the whole boob envy thing, but now I don't care, I hold my

head up high and stand tall, to me being sexy comes from being comfortable

with who you are, and with looking good, of course, I do believe that being

fit is important and style is important to me as well, and I have found that

this does not require big fake boobs. I think that if ladies are happy with

their implants then good for them, but why some women feel the need to

flaunt them and have them hanging out of their clothes is beyond me. When I

had my implants I was very careful what I wore. I wear tops now that I would

not have even attempted to wear with implants, it just looks slutty. I think

like everything else, taste is needed and when you have big breasts,

everyone knows it, you don't need to have them hanging out to be noticed ya

know what I mean?

Anyhow it seems to me that if the women who flaunt there fake boobs had a

high self esteem they would not have that need to flash them to the world.

I certainly didn't get implants to be flashy, I mostly got them so that when

I took my clothes off I could feel happy that my boobs didn't touch my

navel.

Your so right about the fashion now, it has really made it so obvious that

small or at least real is in. Most high fashion models do not have implants,

the clothes now are fun and hip and very feminine and big boobs just don't

look that good in the cute lacey little peasant style tops that are

everywhere, I love the styles now, they are awesome.

hugs to you

You know what is amazing to me is that through the last 5 years of my

implant experience, I have met women who had implants that I would have

NEVER guessed had implants.

Sure, there are the obvious ones that are flaunted, probably any girl with

big boobs who wants to get a guys attention is going to flaunt them. But

when I have sat down with some women to meet them and talk about explant, I

am amazed at how normal they all look! Usually I can pick out implants a

mile away, as most of us have learned to by now. But almost all of the

women I met did not look in any way like they had implants. I have met

women who were small boned and skinny, and actually still small breasted,

yet preparing for explant surgery. I have met older women who look very

much like all other older women--just normal looking breasts, but sicker

than sick. I met a woman at Office Depot who revealed to me that she had

one implanted breast after mastectomy, (and had symptoms like we do, but has

remained in total denial about it) I would have never guessed she had an

implant. I have also met overweight women with implants--they just look

like overweight women with regular breasts!

My point is this--that we can pick out the obviously implanted women we see,

and feel sorry for them because we know what they might be going through

down the road. But the truth is, there are implanted women all around us.

They can be the average looking woman, not even eye grabbers, they can be

any age, any social status, anywhere. There are probably way more implanted

women walking around us than we realize, but we are only emotionally

reactive to those who are flaunting their boobs. We feel sorry for them,

but the truth for me is that I resent their obnoxious display! They may as

well have a sign on their backs that says " Look at my implants. "

We sure do have alot of implanted women in Vegas. But there's really way

more than we can actually see, and I wonder how many are having problems and

don't know it is their implants? Now THAT is sad.
