oh my god.....what a goof & mixup if i dont check my mailbox for 1 day.

though i wish it was me , i am only a small investor and not that investment

banker bigshot manish kothari reffered to in TOI.

1) i am from 80 batch , not 79

2) as rightly mentioned by dr prabhu, the prefix DR is missing.

3) my wife's name is meena , not varsha.

but thanks for the best wishes and concern

Ha! Ha! But nevertheless, for all of us, you are that big shot investor.

BTW how many investment bankers called Manish Kothari live in Mulund?

Sorry for the mix up. I had presumed that you purposely wanted to omit that

prefix of Dr for matters non-medical.

BTW Manish, what is your opinion about hedging bets by investing in real

estate rather than equity or commodity? Isn't that also heading towards a

bubble burst?

real estate is a big money game.market indicators feel it will correct by 15-20

% in short term, but it's a good bet in very long term (small bubbles dont last

that long).

also the stakes are too high and a person who has small amount like say rs

10000-25000/month can invest in mutual funds regularly ,but not in property.

and the risk factor is always there when u are chasing huge returns,be it real

estate,equity or comodity.
