Live in a clean house without carpet, chemicals, or mold. Breathe only clean

and fresh air. Living in a house with carpet, chemicals, or mold will make you

sick and it will also make your MCS worse.

Minimize exposure to any chemicals and substance, which will give severe

reaction. Exposure to any chemicals and substance, which will give severe

Wear a facemask immediately if the air you breathe bothers you. Breathing
