resp/ infect & seeping pills

Nope haven't been using a vaporizer or humidifier, probably should. I never get sick, but I caught this one I am sure from someone at work who was ill. Anyhow I have been off meds, but got a prescription for ambien to see if it would help when I get my insomnia, I ended up so out of it that i don't think I will take it again ha ha. I do not like talking in my sleep, scarey, esp when you don't remember it.

The ambian...That & valium do the same things to me! They make me talk in my sleep!!! Of course, this was TOLD to me some time ago...I tried valium a few months ago; my PCP thought I was stressed & gave me a low dose & I HATED the way it made me feel. I only took it 2 x & threw them away. It made me feel lke I was 'fighting sleep', if this makes sense. I'll stick with my 1/2 of a .25 mg of Xanax. .....Wonder WHY that PCP thought I was STRESSED???? LOL..
