Hi Mel

I’ve done a

few copies of the Oliver Special, I also sat down and watched it

today.......... Oh My God.................. I am sure that that Goose Liver is

mine....... I was very shocked by many things on the programme, salt, sugar,

fat, etc...... so for me it was a very sobering show........ It’s time I

pulled myself into line, it’s why I got the band in the first place, but

got off track along the way........

I will bring the

DVD’s down with me to Nada’s and you can then send it around to

everyone who wants to watch it.

Regarding being

let out to join you all, I have no curfew or anything like that lol..... Only

of ,my own making, it is just that Larry runs his business Monday to Friday and

we just like to spend some time together, so I am not under any rule of thumb,

he knows I am joining you all and is quite OK with it, he is not an ogre, just

ask The CCB girls lol......... They adore him.........

So just hope

there is NO TRACK WORK for that Sunday, this really annoys me, when this

happens.
