Boiled mashed potato. Splash of sweet chilli sauce. One large tablespoon of mayo Pepper , salt, oregano, paprika 3 large onions grated. Parsley and fresh basil chopped mix the mixture , form theballs and then roll in bread crumbs. Spray the frypan with the oil and gently place them in the frypan , gently shaking to slightly brown. , DO NOT deep fry or shallow fry them as they will fall apart. ENJOY. luv and regards to all.
