I can't wait to meet all of you next Sunday at Nadas, can anyone give me directions as I will be getting public transport there. My weekend was good except I think i ate a few too many sweet things when at the markets with my son yesterday. I am not normally a sweet tooth but for some reason yesterday I was just hanging for anything sweet. I even found myself craving a choc dip ice cream but i didn't give in to that craving. I have decided that today is the day I get serious with the gym...I currently do 2 PT sessions a week but I need to get in the habit of going to the gym on the days when i dont have a PT session. At the moment I find it way to easy to just say, let me go home instead of the gym. What does everyone else use to motivate them to go to the gym? I know that when I get to the gym I feel fantastic and feel good the next day but I seem to forget those feelings when it comes to trying to get myself to go after work!
