I am looking for advice on getting Medicare to pay for explant of ruptured silicone implants. She got implants due to mastectomy. She wants to go to Dr. Feng. She is also afraid of what she will look like after explant & therefore is putting off the surgery. She also has many other symptoms which enabled her to get disability.
