Subject: LOOP: Re: Car Seats Revisited

Hi Theresa,

We have that seat, the Britax traveler plus. For the most part we like

it. It is much like other Britax seats, but supposed to seat a child

up to 100 pounds or so. I believe it -- we tried my oldest son out in

it just for fun.

It's somewhat harder to install than baby seats, and it's very heavy.

IT would be awkward to try to travel with it by plane.

Much of its adjustability comes from adding or removing chunks of foam

that are under the heavy seat pad--so kind of a trial and error method,

which I find annoying. We really need to make some growth adjustments for

Dxxxxx, but I keep putting it off since it's such a chore.

I am not aware of any other carseat on the market that is a better choice.

Rxxxxx, mom of boys
