I am not sure..how that statistics..was based..as I will read..more about

that..from the link..tonite..and learn

But..going by the housing sector boom..in Pune,...as Kishoreda...stated...I

think...that,stats, must have..been.,.of the old buildings..and..of..lower

classes..housing colonies..

I just attended..a Gulf Symposium.,in Riyadh,..of TOP INDIAN BUILDERS..last

week.,.at one..of the 5 star Hotel...which showcased..builders...trying to

woo,NRIs..from...all corners..of India..and since..I was..keen..in..seeing

some..upcoming projects..in...Pune..and down South,...I was....shown..a

video..of...one of the poshest..projects..to come..in...Kothrud.,Pune.

A swanky..duplex apartments,complex......called PalashVillas....AND It...was

such a magnificent powerpacked presentation,...that some of the Puneri

ladies...swooned..over it..and made a beeline..for the registration.,soon

thereafter.

And the other one...which..was superb...was..one..Pilot Project in Cochin..on

reclaimed land..from the coast.... " The Swaash Homes... "

Simply magnificent,both...of the above projects..

And the price tag...

A WHOPPING 88LAKHS..for a Duplex,....to start with.....

So,yes,..Loos may not be plenty..as yet.,..Ravin...

But..money..in Today's India...is plenty.....to flaunt..I guess..

Well,a for me..

I just sipped the complimentary..fruit juice.and cookies...and returned back

home..happy with my small abode..in Pune..
