I noticed a post where you mentioned the Himalayan Salt and gave a

website @ americanbluegreen.com . I have a few questions for you:

1) Does take this ....and if so, how much and how often?

2) What have you seen in changes for ?

3) DO you take this product? Is it only in the SOLE form? and if so,

how did you get her to drink this?

4) Do you have a share in this company ^American BLue Green?

I know...full of questions but it is me here....

Tks in Advance!

1) I allow to have as much of the pure salt as she needs and I

use it for cooking and in baths for her.

2) I have found her to be calmer and less impulsive and less likely

to crave unhealthy salty foods.

3)I take the sole every morning in water...you can use as much as you

like to dilute it if it's too salty. I also use the salt on my food

and in baths and foot soaks.

4) Lord no! lol

SO, did not object to a salty watery taste instead of pure

water? I find this amazing due to the fact that will only

drink something like that if she is sick and I tell her that it is

medicine!

The product seemed very expensive and almost like " too good to be

true " but then again, I have tried others like that before just to

rule out if it worked or not.

Thanks..and maybe you should buy stock in it if it is so good.;)

Have a great day..you are up early, gurl.

Hi Shanna,

I mix the sole with a full glass of water and there is barely any

salty taste at all. notices EVERYTHING and doesn't notice this.

She drinks lots of water. It's expensive but lasts a long time.

Everyone needs good salt and minerals and this is a very easy way to

get it.

Can you help me understand more about the use of this salt? Would I need to

order different kinds of salt if I want to use one kind for foods and the

other for the sole solution? Should I start with one kind? I have looked at the

website and just got kind of overwhelmed with the different products. Do you

think it is a good idea to try the starter package? I value your input and am

intrigued by these products but can't afford to waste money either.

Melinda.

Melinda,

You don't have to use the sole solution. That's just an extra if you

want to try it. I was just suggesting a healthy alternative for your

daughter and the rest of your family as far as salt. She craves it

for a reason, and if the reason is that she needs the minerals in

pure salt, then this is a great way for her to get them. Not to

mention that you should use it for cooking in place of table salt.

It does last a long time, so the initial investment will pan out over

time.
