Guest guest
Thanks for sharing your experiences and recommendations, Misty. My kids had IcG testing; it was pretty extensive. It shows no issues with wheat and gluten. However, I am interested in adding a daily probiotic -- what is the most efficient way to do this? (I'll do an internet search, but I'm interested in your advice too). I recently added EFAs in the form of flaxseed oil with DHA. My daughter has always refused fish oil in any form. No matter how it's disguised, she can smell it. Also, she is now a vegetarian. :-) What is the multivitamin with vitamin A for? Thanks, Steph Add a daily probiotic, fish oil, and multi-vitamin. > And WAIT.
Guest guest
That's great that you have done IgG testing. You can go to any health food store and find some good probiotics.  Right now we are using Klaire Labs Ther-biotic because it is not made from dairy. It comes in powder form and I put it in smoothies, yogurt, etc. But you can really get anything you like from the store. I would also limit sugar intake as sugar feeds yeast. You don't need vitamin A. I think yahoo inserted a bunch of A's in my response. I only said you need a multi-vitamin. Flax seed is good. I put flax seed in all my baked stuff. Misty ________________________________ To: Sent: Tue, July 5, 2011 5:01:02 PM Subject: Re: ~*Gut Health Linked to Depression, Anxiety and Autism*~  Thanks for sharing your experiences and recommendations, Misty.
