Hi Amy,

I'm on the run here, so will get back to you in more detail later.

Definitely get those amalgams removed by a competent environmental

dentist experienced in this procedure. It must be done very carefully

and methodically. I would get off that Synthroid, which is no good

for you....more later. Penny already suggested what I was going to

for the TMJ. Find a good chiropractor...they can work miracles!

Amy,

There is no doubt in my mind that Alzheimer's and other forms of

dementia are caused by heavy metal poisoning in the brain,

specifically aluminum and mercury. The heavy push for flu shots for

seniors hasn't helped one bit, either. The elderly are among the very

last people who should be waiting in line for a flu shot. I don't

know if you were on the list then, but not too long ago I related a

story about my grandmother's nursing home (she passed away a couple

months ago at age 98). There were 34 cases of the flu within a

month's period and 32 of them had gotten the flu shot. My

grandmother did not get the shot and also did not get the flu.

Imagine that?

A liver cleanse is probably a good idea. I do a good strong detox

about twice a year and I drink a detox tea every day as well.

As you do the protocol, your needs for Synthroid will change and it

will be obvious to you as you will experience typical hyperthyroid

symptoms such as sweating, restlessness, nervousness, heart

palpitations, etc. Just keep your doctor informed so you can

decrease your dosage till you no longer need it at all.

As far as the dosages, all of these are 3x per day before meals:

L-selenomethionine (selenium) 75 mcg.

Manganese picolinate 1 mg.

L-tyrosine 200 mg

Guggul (commiphora mukul) 300 mg

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) 300 mg

Detoxified iodine - as specified per instructions with supplement
