Guest guest
Please understand, agent orange (2-4-D and 2-4-5-T) were not exclusively used in vietnam. In fact, there was controversy caused in the 70's because surplus agent orange was being used in the states. Dioxin appeared to be the main culprit as a mutagen and teratogen, but other possibilities also exist. angelakroberts wrote: Can anyone tell me if there have been studies linking Autism to Agent Orange exposure, specifically linking Autism to grandchildren of Vietnam veterans? Guest guest
I'm aware of that. In my particular case I am looking for information linking autism to grandchildren of Vietnam veterans who were exposed to agent orange during their tour. I lost my father to cancer in 2000... cancer caused by his exposure to agent orange in Vietnam. I want to know more about the possibility of the effects being passed down to subsequent generations. The only government confirmed effect I've been able to find so far is spina bifida. I want to know if there are any ongoing studies being done to link autism to agent orange exposure.
