Guest guest
I have a 11yr old daughter who is mildly autistic. She was doing well with her school work and speech, but we hit puberty. Right after her menustration started she began to regress and her temper spiked. She has not had meltdowns since she was 2 or 3 and even then not of this degree where she wants to bite and pinch. She is unable to concentrate you can watch her and see her brain is moving at warp speed and she just can't keep up, and she had began to rock never having done that before. I have taken her to her doctor and she prescribed medication in low dosage it does help some but she still gets overly excited realizes it, trys to calm down. It's like watching a yo-yo she gets wound up fights to calm down, over and over. I would appreciate any help anyone can give on this. Guest guest
It sounds like she is doing a great job learning to control the swings herself, which is awesome. Can she tell you how she is feeling? Does she have sensory needs? Sometimes during hormone swings calming sensory stuff is really helpful. Guest guest
Last October Abby started to develop anxiety attacks and what seems very similar to what you are describing about her brain moving faster then her being able to keep up. It was becoming disabling to her. Our chiropractor told us to try this supplement called De-Stress. To make a long story short. No more anxiety attacks. Her ability to concentrate has greatly improved. Abby will always be a person that worries but she is able to manage it extremely well. I would highly recommend it before putting her on an anxiety medication. can probably share more light on what exactly is in the De-Stress and how it works. All I know is that my little girl is a lot happier and content now. Guess I shouldn't say that she is little, I am 5ft and she is now 5'2ft. She will always be little to me. Guest guest
You can check her hormones, sometimes they can be altered, especially if she is goibng through puberty. There are test kits that you can do with saliva so you are not going to need to draw blood. Also, maybe some nutrients are off, and that can cause her to do what she is doing. If you want a kit, contact me, at (954)584-3198. Also our biomedical practitioenr can check for her supplementation. We are located in Davie, Fl

It's a bio-active peptide (amino acid sequence) which has a naturally occurring anti-anxiety effect, similar to the calming effects experienced after a baby drinks warm breast milk (and why a common sleep remedy is warm milk). Guest guest
I'd love to know what is in De-Stress. Is it available all over the country? Probably at least by mail order. -- Cassie Ploveabby@... wrote: > Last October Abby started to develop anxiety attacks and what seems very > similar to what you are describing about her brain moving faster then > her being > able to keep up.
