Good morning. Does anyone know if weighted blankets help with sleep? I'm at a

loss at what to do to help nna sleep through the night. She only sleeps an

average of 4 to 5 hous a night. She takes Melatonin but it doesn't do much

except help her fall asleep. If weighted blankets do help, where would be the

best place to get one? I can't make one because I'm all thumbs! :o) Also, does

anyone know what to do about the constant hand/finger chewing? nna's poor

fingers and hands are so scabbed up and chapped with this cold weather. The

Neurologist keeps telling me that all these things?are part of the

Encephalopathy and will probably get worse? Any suggestions would be greatly

appreciated. Between the tantrums, the screaming, the zero transition tolerance,

and now this I don't know what to do.

Pam and nna 9yrs. old Autism and Epiliepsy and a whole bunch of other

labels thrown into the mix.
