Just starting with 7 year old daughter confused too No other symptoms of tics or

add but wants to wear same clothes everyday and erases homework and does rituals

you?

My son showed symptoms like excess handwashing, bathing with too much soap , Too

much toilet paper, rereading, erasing homework just right, perfectionism ,

hoarding time. Sounds like about but was all managable. But we still did erp,

read a Loy of books for him , created awareness, gave him tools to use to

control his OCD. Now he is back to normal. Has occasional OCD thoughts but knows

to recognize it and control it. I feel optimistic that when stress happens and

OCD is triggered he will be in control. I strongly feel this is a result if

early intervention. Don't wait for things to worsen. Nip kings in the bud and

it's a lot easier.
