Guest guest
My son showed symptoms like excess handwashing, bathing with too much soap , Too much toilet paper, rereading, erasing homework just right, perfectionism , hoarding time. Sounds like about but was all managable. But we still did erp, read a Loy of books for him , created awareness, gave him tools to use to control his OCD. Now he is back to normal. Has occasional OCD thoughts but knows to recognize it and control it. I feel optimistic that when stress happens and OCD is triggered he will be in control. I strongly feel this is a result if early intervention. Don't wait for things to worsen. Nip kings in the bud and it's a lot easier.
