Hi all!

For those of you that are doing the diet, Trader Joes has some great products

out. I know

this will only help some people since it is not everywhere yet, but for the

lucky ones that

have a store by them.

They have two kinds of rice pasta, brown rice bread, and they just started

carrying a brownie

mix! It is much more reasonable then the other health foods stores.
