The only way to REALLY win this war is to reassert our Constitutional right to engage in private contractual commerce between farmer and consumer. ALL raw milk battles should be fought on this front, in my opinion. We absolutely NEED to return to the Constitution. Until then, we will continue to fight these small skirmishes.
