I've recently developed an interest in cultured dairy and I'm currently making my own buttermilk, sour cream, and kefir (water and milk). Still trying to get my yogurt to turn out mild enough for my taste, way too tart right now. I'm thinking about trying viili and CSY next. Thursday I was able to buy my first raw cow's milk and I really like it. Since I love doing research and tend to read everything I can find when I develop a new interest/hobby I joined several groups, including this one, to see what I can learn.
