don't know what to do about school and excessive talking

My 12 year old dd is currently in CBT. We are going every Tuesday. She is also

on Prozac 10mg. Along with the prozac, she takes Vyvanse 30mg for ADHD.

Since she has been on Prozac it has helped her tremendously with her OCD.

HOWEVER, her ADHD seems to be getting out of control.

Her teacher called me today complaining. He said her talking has escalated in

the past two weeks to the point that all of her teachers are complaining. He

said he doesn't know how much of this is in her control. I told him that I

don't know either.

I don't know what to do or who to call. We go to her psychiatrist today for the

CBT, but her pediatrician is the one who prescribes her ADHD meds. I put in a

call to the pediatrician, but I was thinking of asking the psychiatrist about it

today. I don't want to make things worse with the OCD, but I don't want her to

continue getting in trouble at school. This is such a catch 22.
