Guest guest
Great, what a difference! You going to stick with the 175 or test at 150, a little lower? Almost hate to rock the boat when he's feeling much better. Fast results too, really, just a couple weeks. Love that he can joke and be open about OCD and therapy (unlike my son). I also am scared to comment or make a big deal over things. has the scrupulosity type of OCD (on no meds) and has generally, in my opinion, been " scrupulous " about never missing Sunday School or church. This past month he actually didn't go one day!! His sleep schedule these past months has varied, but generally up all night, sleep during day. But still never missed a Sunday. And one Sunday he didn't go and I asked and he said he was tired and just needed the rest. HUGE deal to me but I didn't comment. > > So on this night he said OK, and although he didn't hug me back, he also didn't stiffen so much and actually smiled. And he said " Look at that, 6 years of therapy and I can finally let people touch me! " I didn't make too big a deal of it because that tends to shut him down but gee was I happy! >
