Guest guest
Exercise (walking) can help, too. Five minutes on a treadmill might be enough to help. I've been trying to walk on ours more, and my daughter wants her turn. I stay right with her. And she often has to get off to go poop. Also, the exercise make us thirsty, so we drink more water, and the more hydrated we are, the less constipated. Also, there have been occasions where we've gone to the chiropractor, and had the doctor ask me when my daughter's last BM was, because her spine was out in the area that affects the bowels, and before we left the office, my child would begin passing gas and would poop as soon as we returned home.
