This morning was the best we have had in weeks! I did a few things differently.

I think he wants me there when he gets up ( even though soem days he yells at me

to go away). So I got up extra early and got ready so I would not have to leaave

him. He was bored and that causes anxiety so helped him find things to do (

sometimes he wont let me help). I am at work now and I think at some point today

there would have been a meltdown but to have 3 good hours for now is progress!
