Good morning everyone!

My name is Belinda and I just joined. My email is belindamooney@... and I live in OKC, OK - We just moved here from MT and to my delight a source of raw milk is available within 30 minutes of me. Raw milk of any kind is impossible to get in MT!! And it is affordable as well here $4 a gallon. My kids love it and a group of us at my church have started taking turns car pooling to pick up milk.

I have been using it to make kefir. It makes wonderful kefir - I had been using store bought milk before. I want to make my own cottage cheese and would love some tips on that! I look forward to reading through the archives and getting to know everyone better? Anyone else in the OKC area?
