I went to Whole Foods today and purchased Candidase, grapefruit seed extract,

Acidophi Kidz and Kids Digest (enzyme)

Can I start off with these products? How long do I use them for? What can I

expect in terms of side effects?

I plan on taking the Candidase w/ my DD since I need it for " maintenance " . I

did this spit test this morning on myself and did not see any " strings " .
