Guest guest
I just had to jump in and say I did part of the Couch to 5K program and it was a great way to gradually start running. In fact, all of this wonderful advice makes me think it would a good thing to do WITH my 11 year old girl! Kim A. Guest guest
And tell your son, , that I think everyone on cross country hates running. My son is really good and he hates running. I hear it all the time from the kids on the team, " why am I doing this, I hate running! " but I think they enjoy being part of the team and everything that goes along with it!  ________________________________ To: Sent: Monday, May 21, 2012 11:39 AM Subject: Re: Re: even moderators need help sometimes  I just had to jump in and say I did part of the Couch to 5K program and it was a great way to gradually start running.
