You truly seem to need a bit more time to yourself even if you do nothing but go somewhere and read. I'm so sorry this has got so tough on you. Have you spoken to his doctor re: perhaps getting him on some other medication? (You probably have but I just thought I'd ask) I hope this season gives you as much joy as is possible.
