Guest guest
Does anyone have experience or knowledge (including anecdotal knowledge) of biofeedback as a treatment for OCD? I have always thought it seemed promising, though I haven't read much about it in recent years. A practitioner recently moved to our area. I e-mailed him, but we haven't talked yet. Naturally, I want to ask him about his experience with severe OCD. But I want to ask around and do some research on my own first. A friend is seeing him with her two kids, one with an affective disorder and OCD, the other with Asperger's and mild OCD. Though I don't know the details yet, I am already impressed with the results. Any thoughts and opinions are welcome! Steph 17 y/o DD with OCD, anxiety/depression, Asperger's, and NVLD
