What the gov't did was realize that if it banned this labeling in dairy it would have to do the same for other products. Ones with labels that say " No Sugar Added " or " Antibiotic Free Chicken " and these darlings are from some of the big guys. I think, rather than do what the people wanted, somebody hit the dairy folks with at 2x4 and pointed to all the other products with " we don't have this in us " labels.
