rituals getting in way of ERP

Did anyone have this problem and how did you handle it? Son hates going to bed &

getting up because of hand-washing routines, so has a crazy sleep schedule which

makes scheduling ERP almost impossible.

How old is your son? I actually have had that problem ever since my OCD went

out of control in college. As a 54 year old, even now, I stall going to bed

because I feel the need to shower beforehand and showering is still so aversive

to me, even though I don't do rituals in the shower anymore.
