I wouldn't rule out OCD because a lot of times we parents don't know the whole

picture of what is going on in their minds. Like, does she feel something bad

will happen because of XX not being done or she's late, etc. And why does she

have physical reactions in church, could be OCD related. However, a lot of

that, on the surface, sounds like it may be more GAD. We do have some parents

whose children have both GAD and OCD, hope they see this and can comment on it.

Adding to the subject line here so maybe it'll catch their eye!

my 13 yr old ds has both OCD and GAD.  He was first diagnosed w/OCD 2 years ago

and this summer the Psychiatrist said  GAD is there also.  He is just anxious

about most everything.  Sure he will not be good enough, sure disaster will

happen, sure he will fail in school and the list goes on...............
