Guest guest
Dear Sondra, I really enjoy reading your posts and appreciate it when you let other members of the group know your perspective. We are constantly working with one of my students to explain words that do not make sense to her. Fortunately, she is sometimes able to express when she feels confused or doesn't understand a word. Though, I wonder how many times she feels confused, but is trying to work it out in her mind and doesn't let us know. I was also interested in your comment that humor means the opposite of what is true. One of my students is really starting to try to use humor, but it is confusing to her, too! I'd like to understand more about how you feel about words that are confusing and your perspective of humor. Thanks for taking time to share your insights! Rhonda words are of odd things.. off topic today I to learned of a new word called a holigram because the one group members high school book had of a holigram on hims cover of the book and so learned of that word and somewhat of a new meaning. and oddly then after the sharing part we played of a game that isof an odd name but it is of called boxers or briefs, and one of the things was of a statement that had of this word in it and I to in humur used of that card phrase to say Dr. Amigo was of a holigram because to me humor means opposite of what is of true. so for me he is of not really a holigram but it was of a humor choice.
