When to change from Prozac to something else?

My 11 yr old daughter is using 64 mg of fluoxetine (Prozac), liquid so we can

adjust in small increments.

CBT is not working, so I would like to increase her Prozac to it's upper

recommended limit so we can test this drug's effectives fully or rule it out and

change to a new one.

Her psychiatrist gave me a dose after which she recommends changing, but I don't

remember the dose she specified, and she appears to not be willing to tell me

without another visit. We've seen her recently, so another one will

unnecessarily strain our finances even more than they are.

I plan to change psychiatrists, but was hoping to complete this Prozac path

first.

If anyone can share their experience with an upper limit for Prozac for an 11

year old (around 80 lbs I think), I'll be eager to hear.
