Guest guest
Hello all, I just found out from my Mom that my little bro just came up with a triglyceride level of 600! The boy is barely 18, eats mostly healthy but has a soda addiction. I browsed through some of the achives and gave her advice to immediately cut his HFCS intake as well as reduce other sugars and refined carbs. She would like me to email him some reading material to prove my point. So, its my turn to ask for studies. They need to be well documented, since he is a bright boy and will pick them apart at the smallest detail. Also, they are trying to put him on " tricor. " Is this a statin? If so, where can I find studies that might convince him not to take it? Thanks a million! -Lana
