Guest guest
If I don't find someone that can help, I may do that. Never thought I would need photos of the actual process or would have taken pics a long time ago. Guest guest
There is a wonderful free stock photo site called Stock.Xchng http://www.sxc.hu/ You do have to sign up (with your email and a chosen login) to download the photos, but it's totally free and they never send you email or spam. The pictures are professional quality! I used to be active in the stock community...
Guest guest
Deb, Have you checked out Fankhausers' site? Try going to: http://biology.clc.uc.edu/Fankhauser/Cheese/Cheese.html Or if the link breaks, here is a tinyurl: http://tinyurl.com/4ewnw Loads of pics, info and how-to make so many things (more than just cheese). HTH Kathy ....She needs photos, of the milk heating in a double boiler, of the coagulants being added and stirred, the set curd in the double boiler, the curd draining, and the curd in a bowl ready to eat. Does anyone have photos like this that she can print to use on her display board?
