Guest guest
Currently, we live in Texas, southeast of Austin. My family, however, lives in Dickinson, North Dakota, about an hour east of the Montana border, and about an hour north of the South Dakota border. My parents are getting older, and I am thinking that it really would be nice to move "home". I know that our children would benefit from being closer to family, as we have none here at all. My dad tells me though that there really isn't a market there for goat milk, or goat milk products. A girl on one of my other lists though, knows of a man located in the central part of the state that is running a very successful goat share. So, how would one go about developing a market in an area like that? I did see one or 2 goat cheese in the grocery store in Dickinson, but they were very basic plain fresh cheese. Thanks, Deb Ferrell
