Guest guest
Where exactly did you download the program from? Is it free? Did you figure out how to download the podcasts for pacing? Sorry, I'm as bad with internet directions as real directions. Rhonda
Guest guest
I just googled it (maybe " beginning running " and it was one of the links that popped out--I looked at several and really liked that one. It is free.  My friend the cross-country champ also told me that Hal Higdon's " novice " program is very good, too.  She said not to worry too much about following the exact times listed, just use as an approximation. I didn't see the podcasts for pacing--at first we're just gonna worry about moving! I am going to try it too, since I will probably have to push him pretty hard at first--might as well nag and run!  The coach answered me tonight and echoed what so many have said, that kids are at all levels of ability and are tolerant of each other, and he was encouraging.  ________________________________ To: Sent: Tuesday, May 22, 2012 9:21 PM Subject: 5k  Where exactly did you download the program from?
